I was sold on this product and installer by a commercial job they had previously done. The results on my floor were very impressive. Very neat, easy to clean, absolutely non-slip. The installation crew were quick and tidy; the boss was very helpful. The distributor for the materials needed in my job had a few logistic glitches, which the installer dealt with, keeping me informed about timing and alternatives.

Of the 4 contractors, Steven is the only one who called back and set up an appointment -- which I am thankful for after seeing the finished product. I had my bookcases and mantle painted and it turned out great! You can tell these folks have been in business for a while and they are dedicated to their work. When I noticed a nick in the paint on the mantle, they did not hesitate to come back and repaint that board. I would hire them again in a second and plan on referring this company to anyone looking for a painter.
