The pre-sale efforts of Best Custom was the best of the three pros provided by Service Magic. They came onsite and conducted a thorough estimate and provided good documentation in terms of what to expect. Communicate during the installation phase was weak. It was a multi day installation and the installers did not communicate their plans or timing of when they would return. Similarly, they left no instructions regarding the cure time of the coating. The salesman Dana was very helpful.
