I made several calls to several companies. Durafloor was the first to respond. They were able to come the next day for an evaluation and estimate. They were able to start before I was even ready. Tom has responded to every question, usually within 5 minutes of me sending him an e-mail. He made sure I was completely satisfied, all the way to the end. Good pricing.
