They're very nice people who work hard and fast. The initial look is stunning--hope it lasts! Their initial salespitch minimized the amount of dust they'd create and the smell after they completed the job--wish we had known the truth about both the dust and smell and we'd have covered or removed more items and had them do the job at a time when the garage could have been left open for an extended period. Also wish they would have told us to patch the pits in the floor--water, salt and ice will now collect during the winter months. The cracks in our floor were severe--again the sales pitch promised more than could be delivered in one day.

I received three estimates for having a professional floor done in my garage. All three were priced about the same, although New Look was the highest of the three. However based on the description of materials used, application process and warranty I selected them.

Work was completed in one day with a crew of three working. I had a few issues with my concrete floor which they repaired as part of the prep work. Floor looks absolutely great. My next door neighbor had his done a week later and is every bit as pleased with it as I. At least one other neighbor is considering having a basement pet room done as well.
