Came to the house the morning after I called them to give an estimate. We shopped around and found the estimate to be fair. I called to set up an appointment and explained that we are selling our home and needed the repair work on the concrete patio completed prior to our real estate agent holding the open house. To my delight the scheduled an early appointment the following day and the job was completed before noon. Overall although the job was small, it was a good experience

Janik and I discussed the job at length and the solution suggested worked out great. The subflooring in my Florida room looks great and now we have to decide if we are going to put tile on it or a rug.
