Although I yet to hire them for the job, I found Chris to be very professional in giving me an estimate. He was prompt in making an appointment to visit me and getting me the information I was looking for. Chris appears quite knowledgeable about hier service and the products he offers, speaking honestly and frankly. Quite refreshing from many sales individuals who simply try and push what they offer. I am happy with the service I received from Dan McFall. He contacted me quickly and was out within a week to provide me with a fair quote for the work being performed. As promised, he followed up in a timely manner and completed the work within two weeks of our initial contact. My only reason for the 4 out of 5 mark is the work team left my water faucet running and dripping on the side of the house. However, I would consider using them again if I needed to.
