The estimate was more than what the actual bill was due to a decision by us to not re- do the public sidewalk. Licensing issues delayed the start of the project by one day. Luke Spenser was at the site most of the time, and did a very good job of keeping his crew on task. Upon completion of the job, Luke made sure the site was as clean as possible, and even washed the residue all the way down to the drain. The finished job was o.k. except for one problem with the edging of the sidewalk to the front porch. That issue is still unresolved.
