Excellent work on extending our patio and applying Kool-Dek. They also recoated the Kool-Dek around the pool to match. Although their price was great, we chose them because their estimator pointed out some technical issues that 2 other companies did not. It was a small job but they took their time and did it perfectly.

Sales person was very easy to work with and the coating of my pool cool decking went without a hitch. They covered and protected all of the surrounding plants and necessary areas. I would highly recommend them for their integrity, honesty and cleanliness in completion of the job.

Overall, I am very happy with my new floor coating. It is the color I expected and the finish is beautiful. I would consider having MSS back to do other areas of my house, garage, or patio if the finish wears well over time.

My only negative comment would be a lack of cleanup on surrounding surfaces. There are a few areas in my bathroom and on my laundry room door that did not get cleaned up before the product dried.

MSS was very prompt and communicated well and I would certainly recommend them. I am very glad that I hired them for this project.
