He even walked me through the steps to partially drain the system if I can't have it professionally blown-out early in the season again. Very friendly and helpful. As Zak George has not started out project yet, we have to reserve judgement on the quality of his work. But his initial presentation when he came to give us a bid was very professional, but down to earth. He explained the options and seemed more than knowledgeable about the project we were asking about. We had a bid back from him within a matter of days and we accepted his bid. Please ask us again after the project is completed, but I really feel we are going to be very pleased.
