We chose System Pavers because of the concrete perimeter around the stones (vs the vinyl perimeter other companies offered). Their original price was way too expensive - but when I told them another company would do it for $2000 (25%) less - they matched it.Their sales person was nice, not too much of the oversell. But he didn't explain that if we wanted the downspouts extended under the patio, there would be an additional cost. It would have been nice to have been given a heads up on that. Patio was installed in two days. It looks great. I would have prefered better communication from sales guy & foreman, but overall good experience.

Blue Ridge Deck and Patio delivered what was contracted and more. Their work was very professional and the crew was outstanding. Communication was frequent, work was on time, except for a few minor set backs caused by rain and a delivery of less that perfect material from the distributor. If something wasn't quite right, they fixed it. Michael Vaughn, John Eisenhower, Able and his crew were a pleasure to deal with and I will definitely do business with them in the future. Our decks are more beautiful than we even imagined. Blue Ridge made it so easy. They have our strongest possible endorsement.
