We were moving into a new office space and needed 11 data and 10 voice connections run. We also moved our Nortel phone system and needed it to be punched down and set up.
I spoke with Kiye and he sounded very knowledgeable. I called him several times during the planning and install phase and he always answered the phone.
There was some confusion with handling the permits but Kiye took care of it, installed the system, and went over and above to make us happy - Top notch customer service skills and a high level of integrity.

My wireless stopped working on my laptop which then locked up my wireless router which also froze my wireless color laser printer. Nothing was working unless I was hard wired to every modem, router, and printer. Tony got all three of my laptops working wirelessly again and also unlocked the wireless router. Did a great job and the hourly rate is very resonable. He came prepared with his own wireless router incase we had to install a new one (which we didn't have to) and he offered to go out and get a wireless card for my one laptop to have it work wirelessly.
He got everything working in 2 1/2 hours.
