This is a thoroughly professional company from the moment of phone contact. They are an overall pleasure to do business with, but the main reason I give them 5 stars is their exceptionally fine expertise with computers. They solved multiple problems that had been defying solution, including a very lengthy ethernet connection for two of my computers, advice about our WiFi connection, and discovery and removal of a rogue virus noone else had been able to find. Kudos especially to Jordan Cullen! You more than get your money's worth from these guys! I strongly recommend them.
