The service was basically "white glove" all the way; the installer did an excellent job and I'm very satisfied with the networking drops that were run at my house (except I should have asked for cat 6 wiring, d'oh -- it won't support gigabit copper).

CWC was able to perform the wiring services on the 1st floor of my house, technical difficulties prevented them from wiring the 2nd floor will re-engage with them when these technical issue are solved
