John is a totally honest dealer, and has an ethos which starts with satisfying the customer. Not only did he respond immediately, but fixed our undersized central vac to a point where a less discriminating purchaser probably could have lived with it.....and only offered to sell us a new Honeywell after we made a "no pressure" decision to buy. I would recommend this company without qualification, and intend to hire this company for its other various areas of expertise.
