I received a call back right away and Will came to look at my dryer withing a few hours. He evaluated the problem, provided an estimate and scheduled a follow-up for the next day. The next day he tested the unit and confirmed his diagnosis. He offered alternatives. I appreciate that he did not try to sway me into replacing parts when a repair will most likely work for a few years. He also cleaned the vent (had to get on roof) which was part of his labor costs (not an extra charge like some repairmen have done in the past) He was professional and got the job done at the agreed upon cost. I would use him again. Great job.

Honest, reliable, and easy to work with...BEST PRICE and quality work. Dustin was wonderful and will call again...Other's I called were a lot more expensive and not that easy to work with. Don't miss the quality service because he doesn't have a fancy name!
