I would like to rate them 4.5. They were affordable, brought me a huge selection of samples to choose from and the finished product looks great! The follow up between my consultation and purchase decision was thorough, but not pushy. The day of install, it did take longer than promised. The man was slightly late to arrive to pull the countertop out. He told me it would be 2-3 hrs for him to get back with the new one. It was actually 5 hours. Other than that, VERY happy with everything.
