It was a very pleasant experience from the visit to our house by a very upbeat and personable designer to the excellent team of installers. They work clean and fast and remind you to call them back if there are any issues found after the installation. There is one minor design I would change, which is the shape of the hanging bar. It is not round and therefore sort of restricts the space between the top of the bar and the shelf above it. You have to get the hangar in an exact position or you will hit the shelf while hanging a garment. Not a big deal however. Just a suggestion. Either that or increase the space between the bar and shelf.

Excellent communication. Karen came to my home to evaluate the space and designed an amazing closet with everything that I wanted and more. She paid attention to every detail and the final result is wonderful! The price was better than every other company that I received an estimate from.
