Nicholas did a fabulous job overall. It did take a long time for him to get to the project, which was really ok with us. And then he needed to replace one piece of trim that didn't match properly--but he did it--not quickly, but to our satisfaction. Overall, it was a job worth waiting for--very high quality and professional.

He answered all my questions over the phone, promptly set up an appointment for a free estimate and went above and beyond what was asked of him. Before arriving to give an estimate he researched products needed to be installed to make sure he knew about products. He installed a baby safety gate to our banister and repaired the banister at no extra charge. He mounted window guards to our bedroom window that had blinds covering our window. The blinds were in the way of the guards, he moved them out to make room for guards. Beautiful job, you can't tell he moved blinds. We've already asked him to come back for more repairs.
