He drywalled one side of a duplex that we own and rent out to tenanents. Job was a tough one, but he did a wonderful job and we are very satisfied. Will hire him again when we drywall the other side of the duplex we own , as soon as the current tenants move out..

Mike Chase of "Chase Construction" is an incredible find! I have used many contractors before for different projects, but I have never come across someone who is as professional and as talented as Mike. The project at hand was to build a second staircase to the lower level of my home..the completed staircase reached above and beyond my expectations! I'm very happy , a fantastic job and amazing craftsmanship.. i will be hiring Chase construction again for future projects...I would recommend whom ever is reading this review to do the same!!!

Richard was very professional. The project had a small change from the original plan and everyone agreed to the good plan. Richard was able to keep costs to a minimum. Richard works every neat and thorough. Nice job Richard.
