They were very, very fast, punctual and courteous, but were over budget and the work was average quality.

- They failed to account for critical parts of the project as part of their bid, including removal of the old closet (which was the first thing I pointed out).
- The estimator did not work on the project, which caused other miscommunications including removing the wrong door, and putting in shallower shelves than promised.
- No changes were communicated to me until they were already made. But they make you sign a change order upfront which lets them bill you for their mistakes/incorrect assumptions.
- Without even finishing the floors or completing the work per spec, they were still over by $1K on a $7K bid.

So if I need a quick, dirty small job done, I might think about hiring them again, but not otherwise.
