James came to our property and gave us a written quote on his price for the work to the be done and the time needed for completion. Unfortunately, the concrete to be removed proved to be a more difficult job than expected, however, James honored both his quoted price and estimated time for completion. We feel priviledged to have met James, his wife, and son. We found them to be people of high moral standards, honesty, and integrity. The work done for us speaks highly of their expertise as well.

James did everything he agreed to do. He kept in contact to let us know when his crew would arrive. He furnished requested certificates of insurance. The work was done quickly and professionally. He even fixed several items that were not on the original agreement with no extra charge. I highly recommend James Perry Construction.
