Brad was very professional and knowledgeable in his business. From the very beginning he was prompt and offered suggestions worth my considering -and which I found to be valid. I had done alot of online research as well as visited several wood burning fireplace showrooms prior to beginning this project so I pretty much knew what to expect in the way of repair and cost.
