Matt took the time to explain what he found on the inspections and answer my questions about the best way to make the most efficient use of my fireplaces. Clearly exceeded my expectations. I haven't actually hired them to do the chimney work yet, but I will. Matt and his associate came out to the house I'm buying to do a chimney inspection. They were five minutes early, got to work right away, and were honest and direct with the options and their suggestions. I received an e-mailed report later that day. Once we own the property, I will be hiring them to do my work.
