Safeside was the first company, ever, to call ahead 15 minutes based on the amount of time it took to drive from work to home, they know the value of losing a 4-hour window of work.

Very professional, informative, on-time and courteous. Slight soot residue was left on leather furniture, which is not a problem in this case. Might suggest they use bigger drop cloth or start the vac outside to blow out any leftover, instead of starting up vac inside the house.

I have not yet used fireplace after cleaning, and accordingly cannot fully rate the quality.

The men inspected my 2 fireplace chineys and checked my furnace chimney.
They were very carefully at every aspect of cleaning and there was not one spec of soot left behind. This was very important as my house is up for sale and was going to be shown the next day.
They were professional, knowledgable and courteous.
