I used Chimney Cricket. They were not able to come out on 1st day scheduled due to the chimney cleaner being sick and rescheduled my job for a Saturday. Received a phone call when they were on their way. The chimney cleaner was prompt and efficient and did a great job. I would use them again and can't thank them enough for cleaning out 4 inches of lint that was blocking my dryer. It works amazingly now.

The service and price were wonderful. The only thing is if you are not going to arrive during the time window, do not wait til 40 minutes after the window to call and let customer know you are going to be late
