I do have one complaint. When the work people went to istall my new chimney liner they called me at work to inform me that they had to cut a whole in my wall for the pipe to fit through. The installer told me that the peron who wrote up my work order last Saturday must not have taken the pipe out of the wall otherwise they would have seen how far in the pipe would have to go. I now have a good size whole in my kitchen wall above the refrigerator that need to fixed. I am a single female and not sure how I am going to accomplish this task, Lesley T
