The technician arrived on time, proceeded to clean chimney and check outside, left the premises clean. Everything was OK. And I spent less than when I had the guys with video cameras looking up the chimney. I don't think those were necessary anyway for my prefab fireplace insert.

Being that we just moved in our house a few months ago, we weren't sure of the condition of the chimney. The technician came and said it didn't need to be cleaned since it only looked to have been used maybe 5 times over the past 20yrs. He could have cleaned it anyway and got over on us but he was very honest! He cleaned out the ashes in the fireplace and removed the old fireplace screen for free (but I had to keep reassuring him that we were going to get a screen, we just didn't like that old screen that was already there). All he charged us for was the chimney cap. Very honest technician! That's great customer service.
