Lloyd of USA Services was highly professional and helpful during his service call for cleaning and inspecting our chimney and fireplace. He provided us with a detailed explanation of the existing damage and the necessary repairs, and provided us with a range of repair options, including what could be accomplished at low cost. He provided us with referrals for work that he would not be able to perform himself. He was punctual and courteous. Overall, we would give him a high recommendation, and will definitely use his services again.
