I just wanted to say how great the team was that came to my house yesterday! Everything was very hectic with painters, fooring sale's person, dogs and cats. Your team not only were professional and quick, but offered a free dryer vent inspection. My husband recently locked up the pump motor on our front load washer while washing rugs, the latex backing came off. I am sure he dried them, also. I also, have repeatedly asked him to check the dryer vent, all he does is look inside from the back of the dryer. But, your team went into the attic and found a HUGE wad of lint and stuff! I will use them yearly from now on!!

Quick vacuum of chimney, only a quick inspection from the ground of the outside of the chimney. In and out in less than a half-hour.
Don't really think it needed cleaning. Bought the house in June of this year and previous owner may have had it cleaned?, but I'm not sure.
