Tech was late due to scheduling error (didn't appear to be his fault) and the process could have been more in-depth. That being said, he located a cracked flue and missing mortar within minutes and potentially saved me $10,000 had I purchased the house without getting a chimney inspection. Tech wasn't able to fully conduct a Level II inspection on the second flue, and with no prompting from me, changed the quoted charge to reflect that he did a visual (and cheaper) inspection. Good value for the service, and offered repair estimates as well.
