The service was provided in a timely fashion with a positive attitude, very informative, efficient. Our fire was blazing again and I felt safer since the work had been done.

The service attendants were very nice and professional. I learned a lot about chimney's and felt the information was great with a focus on safety, which I appreciated. My only complaint was that I have yet to receive the pictures that the attendant took of my chimney, including the before and after pictures of his work. In fairness, he did tell me at the time that his phone was new and that he would have to go back to work and figure out how to send them to my email address. However, since it has been at least two weeks since they were here, he has had plenty of time to do so. I think that better follow through is in order.
