I had a chimney fire and needed the fireplace/chimney cleaned/inspected. I appreciated that they called to let me know when to expect them. They were very thorough in the inspection (took pics for me for insurance purposes as matter of course) and cleaning of my chimney, explaining what needed to be done. To rebuild the flue and repair the firebox they went above and beyond the basics. And they left the premises clean and neat. They also cleaned my mother's chimney, and in the course of that found and repaired several potentially dangerous problems of which we were not aware. Again, he took photos to show the damage inside the chimney that needed to be fixed.
They worked with me, patiently answered my questions, and explained each step of the process. I highly recommend Affordable Chimney Sweeps.
