I had to have a new stainless steel chimney liner installed. Masters came out, took the old one out and put in the new one in about two hours. Everything was done with professional service and no mess to clean up. Yes, I will have them out again to clean come spring.

They called to let me know they could come 30 minutes early if it did not inconvenience me. I told them it was fine. They inspected my chimney and indicated to me it was very clean and really did not require cleaning. This was very honest. I ask them if they had any backwall stone on the truck and they indicated they did. I asked if they could give me an estimate to replace mine since they were here and they did. They cut a new backwall stone to fit my fireplace and replaced it in a short time to my satisfaction. I was very pleased with their timeliness, efficiency, honesty and they were also friendly guys. I would recommend to others.
