quick to respond, prompt for chimney evaluation and cleaning, explained exactly what was wrong and what needed to be done. He discovered a potentially dangerous situation at our furnace and took care of that. After the chimney cleaning, he gave us an estimate for the necessary repairs and set an appointment for the work for Saturday, Nov. 14 (today) Chris and the crew arrived on time and spent the whole day doing the work - inside and out. They were very neat, clean and polite. They made sure not one spec of dirt got into the house during the dirty process. Amazing workers. Would recommend them highly.

They were on time and very quick. Covered the rug and furniture to keep from getting dirty. First time I've had this done, so don't know what to compare it to. Haven't used the fireplace since but will see how it works out.
