Walter arrived promptly and completed the work swiftly. Not the best attention to detail with the equipment, though. I ended up with small marks on my wall, ceiling, rug, and recliner where the flexible sections of the chimney brush rubbed while they were being assembled/disassembled during use. Walter said it was one of the dirtiest jobs in existence (he was dressed completely in black), but when he finished he settled into my recliner to make out the bill. Got a bit of a sales pitch for further work and a service contract.

Mr. Zajac called us back within 3 days of the listing, arrived when he said he would, and provided a basis for the recommended work. He was very knowledgeable about chimney's as well as stonework in general and he admitted that although he wasn't the cheapest out there, he would do it right the first time and with high quality materials. He could have taken our money now to waterproof our chimney, but indicated that due to the colder than normal seasonal whether he could prefer to wait until spring so that curing could occur properly.
