Randy and his assistant arrived promptly and went to work immediately. They cleaned my fireplace and inspected it as well as photographing visible problems at above the room level to show me what needed repairing. Mr. Randall provided me with an estimate within a few minutes of the inspection and an explanation of the estimate details. Questions were answered to my satisfaction and for all repairs I opted to do Affordable Chimney Sweeps, Inc. had the necessary materials to replace the cap, repair mortar cracks and install a reflective liner to increase my heat output. Very good service.
