there were several things invloved to solve the issues in my fireplace which is recently built. the cost was a bit high $2500+ to do all the necessary work.

BIll came to my house to service my chimney. First of all, he was scheduled to arrive between 8-12. He was nice enough to call shortly before 8 to let me know that his first appt might take a while and that I should expect him in the later half of that time slot. I thought that was courteous and I really appreciated it. When Bill got here it was very obvious he knew what he was talking about and was almost over educated in chimneys! They wore covers on their shoes when coming in and were very neat with their work. He did show me a lot of extras he felt were needed and I agreed. He wasn't too pushy when I told him I wanted to wait. A+
