We didn't know if we needed our chimney swept or not, but wanted to be safe. Chris, the owner, came himself. He inspected the chimney, said it only had 1/8" of soot and did not need to be swept. So, he only charged us for an inspection. We asked if we should get it swept next year, and he said, no, call him in 5 years. I really appreciated his honesty and integrity. He also took time to explain how our style of chimney worked and how to prevent smoke coming into the room. We followed his instructions and it worked like a charm.

I asked what Amrak meant, and he said it is "karma" spelled backwards. He's got good karma with us!
