My chimney cleaning went well. Richard explained what they were going to do, explained to me the cracks in my firebox, and gave an estimated cost to have them fixed in the future. They were professional, showed up on time, covered my carpet before bringing in the equipment, and did a good clean up job. He was able to honor the price quoted to me via phone. I would definitely consider calling them again to possibly fix my firebox cracks, and for my cleaning next year!

I was impressed by their staff, mainly Mr. Anthony Riggs who did the chimney cleaning. He was very competent and took pride in what he was doing. Our two chimneys are now extremely clean and ready for use this winter. Mr. Riggs was also punctual and left everything very clean. In addition, he took time to explain everything about how to get the best out of our fireplaces and how to use them in the most efficient way. This was a true 5-star staff! But also, the lady at the office was very helpful and correct. I would certainly recommend my best friends to use Air Systems.
