Very nice guy and very knowledgable - answered all of my questions and explained everything that was going on rather than a typical "black box" approach. I had him look at a few extra things and we ended up putting a new liner in the gas chimney as well to get the house up to code. Very pleased with the qork - quick, efficient, and clean.
