He answered all my questions over the phone, promptly set up an appointment for a free estimate and went above and beyond what was asked of him. Before arriving to give an estimate he researched products needed to be installed to make sure he knew about products. He installed a baby safety gate to our banister and repaired the banister at no extra charge. He mounted window guards to our bedroom window that had blinds covering our window. The blinds were in the way of the guards, he moved them out to make room for guards. Beautiful job, you can't tell he moved blinds. We've already asked him to come back for more repairs.

I love the gates and they did a great job installing them! The only thing I would change would be to stain the wood brackets for the staircases. They stick out a little bit being unstained or unpainted. Other than that, the gates are beautiful. We haven't quite gotten used to opening and closing them, but I'm sure we will.

We were happy that the estimate they gave us was very accurate so that there were no surprises. It seems everywhere we go these days, they give us an estimate and we can still expect to pay quite a bit over that....but this estimate was right on.

We would recommend Boo Boo Busters for sure....thanks for the help!
