Sam, the technician was on time, explained the process and provided a sample of the necessary tool that needed to be picked up during the repair. Chad called to confirm the appointment the morning of. Chad called later that evening to make sure I was happy with the service. After the work was done, they left a checklist of services that I did not know they provided. Several days later, a 25.00 service card was sent to be applied to the next service call. Overall, the service was very professional, customer service was pleasant and all my questions were answered. We are pleased with the work that was done and we definitely use them again

Response was quick. Chad and serviceman were friendly and knowledgeable. However, project (to replace backup battery in townhouse elevator) was not completed because a long enough ladder was not available. This is understandable.

Chad was very helpful and knowledgeable over the phone & the gentleman who came to my home was very polite. Overall we had a great experience. The only reason I gave them 5 stars is because I wish they would come out to give free estimates before starting the project. Our final price did come in higher than the phone estimate.
