There was some confusion at the beginning. They came out very promptly and give me what I considered a very fair and thorough estimate. The paperwork said work would begin on Mar. 2, a Monday. I left phone messages with them on Sat, Feb 28 to confirm, but heard nothing back. I called on Tuesday, Mar 3 and Wed, Mar 4, because no one came. I did not get any returned calls. On Wed, Mar 4, I tried a second time (that day) and finally got a real person. He apologized, and said that they were moving offices and the phones were messed up. He had my sales person call me, who promised they would put in the fence posts on Friday. This did not happen, because they forgot to have the utility company mark where the utilities were. But the fence did go in on Monday, finishing Tuesday, Mar 10. It looks great. They did a nice job, cleaned up all debris, etc. I think it probably was just a mix-up with the move. They were very apologetic and did all they could to make it right. If I had another fence to put up, I would definitely use them again.
