I spoke with Luke as my mother needed to fence 300 square feet to contain a large dog. Luke quoted her a price of $3500 ( all to be paid in cash) and said he would start immediately.The following Mon he then told my mother that he needed to charge an additional $400 to complete the job by Tues. He sent 2 migrant workers. Needless to say the job ended up being almost done by Fri after several phone calls to him and promises that he would come that night and complete the job. he didnt bring the latch for the door until the next week. Theres no top or bottom rails on the fenceing and big gaps underneath near the ground-the dog keeps getting out! I feel the Rating was unfair due to misinformation that I received when I wrote the article.
