Courteous service but did not have drawings of what they were going to do with measurements etc. Job completion timeframe needed to be written in contract. (if possible)Mario needs to be the one handling the contracts, drawings of job, talking with the customer on the job site and send customer a very detailed job estimate with the drawing of the job. Put how many years they hav been in business. GIVE A RECEIPT TO THE CUSTOMER WHEN THEY PAT WITH CASH or at least make a paid nothation on the invoice you give them.
