Have a very old Sears Central Vac. The servicemen repaired an obscure problem (that was beyond what an electrician could have done) which then exposed compatibility issues. The easy solution was to install a new system but they took the time to provide an accepaible work-around. The whole experience involved multiple service calls with even one on a Sunday by Murrco's owner! I highly recommend this company!
