They were so nice. Despite a miscommunication and problems from a supplier, they kept smiling and kept us informed. When the original price of the replacement water heater increased, they did not pass the increase on to us and stuck to the price that was quoted. Nick was great!

The service man was on time, did a very professional job and was personable. They scheduled the job for Sunday when I contacted them late Saturday afternoon so our time without cool air was minimized.
