I hired Rick at Gas Service of Merrimack to perform a routine maintenance check on my gas furnace. I think I can sum it up best as - I felt comfortable with Rick's service. Homeowners frequently can't get that though out of thier minds that "this guy is going to rip me off." I never felt that way with Rick. He was prompt, professoinal and the best part - was willing to educate me about the furnace he was servicing for me. Last point - another company quoted over $300 to inspect the system alone - Rick inspected it and made some minor adjustments for less than $100. I'll be sure to call them again for my next service. Thanks!

This is the second time we've called Rick. He's a pleasant guy who has lots of experience. His work is thoughtful and well done. He again drove back to Merrimack to get parts, so be prepared for extra time for a parts run. He had a jr. helper who cleaned up well, and even lifted salt in my softener for me.
