Highly Recommended. I sent an email to them at 2:30am on a Saturday. By 9am Sunday I had two calls from D & K. One from the owner and another from the service tech. By 10:30am I had a appointment window set for 3-5pm that same day. Yes!!! It was Sunday and the Ravens were playing a 1pm. To my surprise my system was up and running my 3:30pm.
The tech was very knowledgeable, professional, prompt and the co$t was reasonable.
