There were several initial mistakes made by the sales representative that colored my experience. I accepted the bid from DHL Home Services, but was charged an additional $340 because tax was not calculated on the job. In addition, I was told that there was a fee to use my credit card. I told the sales representative a problem that needed to be corrected with the flue. DHL's sales rep told me that his company would take care of the problem at no additional cost. On the day of installation, he told me that at a meeting concerning installation, it was determined that the problem could not be corrected. The new unit is noisier than expected
